Saturday and Mike's progress



Mike continues to make steady progress. We went over Thai kicks to the lead leg, and how to use the leg check (blocking) it. He's picking that up fine, and we did some Thai "wrestling" for position and he did fine there, too.

SATURDAY, we are going to do more kicking, and drill versus an untrained opponent and tackles.
Bring your elbow and knee pads!!!
