No, no, no, you got it all wrong! That keg of beer serves as a martial arts tool:
1. You can use it for kettle bell training
2. You can use it to bludgeon someone
3. You can use it to spray beer in your attacker's eye
4. It will distract most alcoholics
Introducing our new student - Pony D. Keg...
-He's stout, has good flow and can really hammer you...
He's a good addition to the team. At some point, though, you're going to need a bigger keg, for more intense training, of course!
