On Sunday, 11/6, my goal weight was 216#, and actual weight is 218# (I am 2# behind schedule).
My next weigh date is Sunday, 11/13, and my goal weight is 219.3#.
I think I was a little optimistic. I am going to go with my original goals to lose 1.5# per week. I gained back some of the dehydration weight from the pneumonia. I am now 217.6#, and, as long as I'm on track with my original plan, I'll be happy with that. This week I will resume working out for the first time since Friday, 10/21. Wish me luck!
