My goal weight was 222.3#, and actual weight is 217.6# (I am 4.7# ahead of schedule!).
My next weigh date is Sunday, 11/6, and my goal weight is supposed to be 220.8#, but I will have to revise it to 216.
This week, I had pneumonia and was in bed for about 5 days, and had no appetite, so that should explain why I've gotten so far ahead. Well, I'll let you know how I do. Thanks for the support.
