Recommended Reading: General Fitness and Health Sites

Continuing my new Recommended Reading page (replaces old blogroll), these are the general fitness and/or health sites I subscribe to via my feed reader:

Fitness.com has forums, articles, recipes, tool and calculators.Always good stuff.

FitSugar is great daily news articles in your feed on good meals, interesting exercises, and motivation.

SparkPeople is a great way to track your progress in general fitness and diet, I am using it to cut weight now and am making excellent progress. The best part is the mobile app, available on both iPhone and Android platforms. Try it out.

Finally, WebMD is known to most of us as the site where we look up our symptoms or medication as a reference, but, their RSS feed gives you excellent and up-to-date information on health, fitness, medications, and even tips on raising emotionally healthy kids.

Make sure you check out the full list of Recommended Reading and let me know about any suggestions or recommendations you may have in the comments.
