We are moving into the kicking phase our kickboxing training, then will move into a mixed-martial arts phase thereafter. We will be phasing in more self-defense, street-grappling stuff and less pure boxing or sparring after a while.
Safety Gear (all equipment must be approved by the instructor, NDT:
*Headgear
*Goggles (we will wear when wearing open-finger gloves)
*Boxing gloves, 12-16 oz.
*MMA Gloves
*Groin cup
*Dipped foam foot protectors
-Elbow pads (optional, but appreciated)
-Chest protector (optional)
-Kidney protector (optional)
-Shin guards
